  Placed the DoorDash order and it took 45 minutes for the Dasher to even be able to leave the store! A sandwich six donuts and a hot coffee should not take 45 minutes to prepare!

  Got two breakfast sandwiches to go and they were EXTRA toasty we found out in the car. Tasted pretty burnt. We tried here instead of the Cactus Grill because the breakfast sandwiches were half price. Will now spend twice the price and get the larger and amazing sandwiches at the grill on our trips. We figure they get a lot of customers who never return, so their quality control is subpar.

  The donuts weren't fresh they were hard,the service was very poor no excuse for poor service when the employees are standing around in the kitchen area paying no attention to the front counter to notice a customer standing there patiently to be waited on and this was and issue at the outside window ordering station as well as inside my visit time was at 5:51 pm on 06/22/25 check number 5959

  Why do you guys have a phone pick it up every time I go there I ask about it they say oh no we didn't hear it or whatever.

  Server: Blanca was not very kind it was like I bothered her I asked about a drink and sandwich I saw advertised. She told me we don't do meals. I couldn't see the menu in small writing but ordered my drink, then saw the breakfast croissant and asked for one, she told me which one we have two still couldn't see the menu and ask what they were, she seemed annoyed with me and told what they had. Then asked about donut holes, and she pointed to the menu which I couldn't see so I ordered ten. Blanca gave me a small bag then told me to move over to the next window for my drink. Then she walked toward the back of the store and I couldn't hear her say anything. So I left and got back to our room and looked in the bag and was missing my sandwich. I told my wife what happened to me at Dunkin' and I was missing my sandwich. My wife went down and got my sandwich and told Blanca that I was hard of hearing and couldn't see because I am elderly. Not a very good experience
