- MJMegan JonesAug 2, 20251.0Last month I ordered a Summer munchkins bucket with donut holes and ordered through the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker, they told me they never received my order but I was charged and it's in my transaction history. Once I got to the drive thru window, they told me they didn't receive my order and they were out of donut holes but we saw other customers with donut holes. I had my kids in the car and they were upset we had to drive away with nothing. I wasn't able to get a refund but they gave me reward points.
