Asked them about it and they unapologetically said they "lost the ticket". It would have been much quicker service at the diner across the street. They think they can do whatever they want whenever they want bc it's an easy stop near a lot of attractions so it's a tourist trap. If this place weren't in the location it's in, it would have been closed down a long time ago. I know management/franchise owner probably doesn't care but make no mistake, this place is shameful and horrible. Look at all the one star reviews, they're taking people's money and hoping they'll get fed up and just leave. This place needs to be fixed or shut down, you can't ride on the location forever. Horrendous service and attitudes. Update: they gave us our food 35 mins later and the order was wrong. After giving them the receipt.
