  Waited 10+ minutes for a regular coffee and sandwich, then when I took a bite…. a string of someone’s hair went from my mouth to the sandwich…

  Go here if you want to have less beach time. Personally, I don’t like the beach so it was a good thing but I’ll rate one star because the food was buns.

  This has been one of the most infuriating fast food experiences I've ever bad. This place is horribly understaffed. My pregnant wife ordered at approximately 11:15. I had to walk to the counter 20 minutes later to ask about our food. After being told our ticket was lost, the man did his best to throw it together whole thing as quickly possible. The problem is it was still wrong and we had to go back and have it fixed. The whole visit took about 40 minutes.

  Currently waiting here for our food, it's been about a half hour. For 2 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel. Asked them about it and they unapologetically said they "lost the ticket". It would have been much quicker service at the diner across the street. They think they can do whatever they want whenever they want bc it's an easy stop near a lot of attractions so it's a tourist trap. If this place weren't in the location it's in, it would have been closed down a long time ago. I know management/franchise owner probably doesn't care but make no mistake, this place is shameful and horrible. Look at all the one star reviews, they're taking people's money and hoping they'll get fed up and just leave. This place needs to be fixed or shut down, you can't ride on the location forever. Horrendous service and attitudes. Update: they gave us our food 35 mins later and the order was wrong. After giving them the receipt.
