The woman working the counter is beyond rude. She barks at you to use the kiosk even though the kiosk doesn't have all the donuts listed so you have to tell her anyway. Today it was immediate attitude just like the last time a week ago, barking at me to use the kiosk when I had cash to pay and the kiosk doesn't accept cash. So then she did a bunch of stuff before she took my order. Will not be going here again. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day but having exactly the same experience this morning confirmed it's not just a bad day.

This place just doesn't want to take orders. On multiple times I've been told that they can't help me unless I do the kiosk. I don't work there, take the order. I just need a donut, they're right behind the register.

This location is honestly the worst. I placed my order on the app over 15 minutes before getting there, and still had to wait around for it. On top of that, they were out of 4 out of the 5 bread options for breakfast sandwiches (which is pretty much the whole menu). The staff had an attitude about it too, like it was somehow my fault. This place is always out of stuff, and it’s super frustrating.

Went in just to order an iced coffee and both the front register and self-order kiosk weren’t working right. Instead of telling me too bad go try another Dunkin’, the kind lady working gave me the iced coffee free of charge. Cost them $3 today but will be back often due to this great customer service.

Came in and made my order at the kiosk. Stepped outside for a second. I went back in to pick it up up. I left and after about 2 blocks away I saw a part of my order was missing. Turned around went back explained the situation. Good thing the bag had the receipt attached for proof. A nice friendly gentleman T and Lady Felicia made things right. Corrected the order. I walked out happy with my complete order. Great customer service and support. Heads up, everyone makes mistakes. Just go in with a smile and a kind calm tone and they will be more than willing to help you or fix anything. Yes they're workers and its their job. But, they are still human first. Please treat them as such. Be kind.
