  Avoid this Dunkin like the plague. Drive ups and mobile orders are supposed to be fast, but here they are not. They suck. Today a woman walked up to the drive thru and waited while the woman took and filled her order. Since when do you walk up to a drive thru window? I asked the drive thru employee why was this allowed? "oh its just me here" as I see another employee behind her. Whoever owns this Dunkin on Vestal Ave needs to go back to school to learn how to keep customers. He/she/it just lost ne as one. I REPEAT - AVOID DUNKIN ON VESTAL AVE ! THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!!!! 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

  Do not rely on this Dunkin if you’re in a rush and expect your order to be right the first time. the past 3 times i’ve went they’ve given me the wrong donuts and took at least 10 minutes. I gave the place 2 stars because I truly feel bad for the staff, they’re very nice most of the time. Don’t go inside if you don’t want to see angry door dashers and addicts of some sort. I now drive an extra 10 minutes to go to Vestals Dunkin on Rano Blvd, it has amazing service and they never get my order wrong.
