This is annoying. Why pay for cream cheese if you don’t provide cream cheese? Two bagels with cream cheese, both look like this. Stop it staff at Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t need to be stingy.

Super strange experience, on the 4th of July I placed a mobile order 7:57 am, the store is at most a 4 minute drive from our house, we went to this location at 53 Church st, I go here most Thursday's to get my daughter a coolatta and doughnut. Drive through was empty, we were stoked that meant not waiting 10 minutes to get our mobile order. Went up to the order window, no one answered waited a few minutes, pulled up to the drive through window. Completely dark, knocked (which I know is rude but we wanted our order), no one came. My husband and I waited for nearly 10 minutes in an EMPTY drive through and decided we were wasting our time. I have now spoken to an employee on 7/13 who was rudely adamant about them being open. Then I spoke with manager on 7/24, I assume, who also told me they were there, the manager insisted on showing me the camera feed from that day claiming to have made 6k on the Fourth of July and stated she made my order but threw it away because we never came to get it. She also said another person claimed there were cones in the drive through but they don’t have cones there so she didn’t know what they were talking about they don’t even have cones in the store. So I wasn’t the only person saying they were closed from what I gathered from that statement. I was also told I would not be getting a refund as they were open and the owner of the franchise would see that they were working and refuse a refund. I don’t care for footage, I know what we saw and that was a dead, dark, closed store. You’ve lost a customer that’s for sure but if you’re making 6k on a day you were 100% closed you’re probably not concerned about losing a customer. Dunkin’s coffee is not worth this drama. It was just convenient. If they were actually open they weren’t working at 8-8:15 that morning. I have never had an issue until this and the fact I didn’t get my order, while being told without actually using the words that my husband and I are delusional and that we will also not receive a refund is unacceptable. I have now made second case of complaint through the app to try to get a refund. I honestly 100% hate leaving negative reviews.
