  If there was an option to submit a no star rating review on a business I most definitely would. The customer service was absolutely horrible and poor representation of the business. Register workers were extremely rude for absolutely no reason completely unprovoked. The final straw was when the worker was calling out the food orders called my order and while he saw me reaching for the bag he chose to drop the bag on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me. I fly through frequently and will never spend another cent on this establishment. I know it’s a franchise and based on the several poorly rated review with a similar complaint of extremely rude staff the business owner obviously could care less about appearance…so a word to the wise save yourself the stress and hassle and avoid stopping here. Flying is stressful enough no need to add unnecessary issues. Go to Starbucks across the way!!!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts, the workers were extremely rude. Asked for a vanilla latte with 2 pumps of raspberry. When I received the drinks they must have put about 5 pumps because all you could taste was raspberry syrup. Sweetest drink I’ve ever had and they charged for 3 pumps. I went and asked if they could remake it and they INTERRUPTED ME as I was talking and told me the syrup is “sugar free” (doesn’t mean it’s not sweet) he kept interrupting me the entire time I was trying to talk. If you guys are reading this I will be calling corporate. RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER.
