- LLLibertyAug 7, 20255.0I went this morning around 9:30 am. They were having trouble with their espresso machine, and couldn’t make my latte. One of the ladies, I didn’t get her name, was very helpful in trying to make it right. She first asked if I wanted another drink, and I told her what I wanted. She came back and told me they were able to make my latte, using cold brew. And she stood there while I tried it, to make sure it tasted good, and that she’ll make me another one if it didn’t. The drink tasted fantastic! Very nice and helpful, and appreciated of her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied.
