  After waiting a fair amount of time in the drive through my bagel had barley any cream cheese on it. Who wants to eat a dry bagel after paying almost 4.00 for it??

  Waited again in the drive thru for over fifteen minutes on a mobile order containing one drink. No one seems to have a sense of urgency, which is redundant considering this is “fast food.” Everyone kept walking past the drive thru window for 5 minutes until I grabbed someone’s attention. Everyone has their hair everywhere which is disgusting, you work with food. And everyone was wearing earbuds which would have been fine had they been attentive rather than neglectful.

  We were the only customers at 8pm on Sat night. Ice cream was very soft, almost melted. No spoons, no napkins, to Togo bags or carriers. Do not accept any bills over $20. Not very clean. Not to mention, it's $5.00 for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup.

  I came in the drive through Sunday afternoon and one of the workers, (I think her name was Makayla) served me exactly how I wanted making my vanilla milkshake as pristine as possible while getting my daughter her coffee made perfectly (which never happens according to her). Whatever yall do, make sure she gets a raise that she deserves ☺️
