The people working there are miserable, slow and extremely rude. The customer in front of her was in a wheelchair and when his bagel came out they just put it on the counter. My daughter picked it up and brought it over to him. Something I would think an employee should make the extra step for. I have to say the food was very good. But if slow, sour faced, ignorant employees piss you off, go elsewhere.
