The location often appears understaffed, and the espresso or coffee machines only seem to be operational about 70% of the time. On multiple occasions, the oven hasn’t been working. To make matters worse, the store closes at random times without notice or online updates, which is extremely inconvenient for customers. Overall, this reflects poorly on the franchisee, who is clearly failing to manage the store properly.
