    Employees locked bathroom door and didn't allow patrons to use it claiming it was out of order. City of Chicago requires restaurants with dine in service to have bathrooms available for customers extremely disappointing experience

    The lady who works at this place treated one of the Uber drivers with disrespect. He said he had been waiting to pick up an order, but because it was a busy hour, they ignored him. Eventually, when he asked her again, she screamed at him, saying, "Stop bothering me. There are other people in line before you," and told him to wait again — which wasn’t true, as he had been there before the others. When he asked again, she shouted, "This is my store. Get out!" She even canceled the order without notifying him, leaving him waiting and wasting his time.

    The food is solid, coffee usually has a little too much milk. The service has no urgency. Only one of the employees is polite, the other two I have encountered have no interest in doing more than the bare minimum. They play steve harvey radio every morning way too loud. They have gotten my mobile order wrong before. This Dunkin needs new management.

    At 8:30 on a Saturday morning with over 4 customers waiting -there was one employee (everyone else called in sick) there making a tray of breakfast sandwiches with no sense of urgency. No acknowledgment or “I’ll be right with you” Maybe make sandwiches before the store opens or first thing? Showing my frustration the employee was not going to serve me. I apologized for the employees not showing up and that she was there all by herself and she decided I could get a coffee. But there was no fresh coffee made so I had to wait a little longer. Sometimes you just want a quick coffee before you get to your scheduled appt. I wish another coffee store would go in this prime location-Something with decent food too. * On another occasion there was dirt on my glazed donut holes

    Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Unprofessional Behavior at Store I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations. I ordered a medium hot latte using my Dunkin’ Rewards, which was correctly applied and made the drink free. However, I was given a medium hot black coffee instead of the latte I ordered. I only realized the mistake after leaving the store, so I returned immediately to request the correct item. To my disappointment, the staff—mostly older men and women—responded in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Rather than acknowledging the issue, they raised their voices at me and seemed more interested in dismissing me than resolving the mistake. I felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility without any valid reason. This is not the level of service I expect from Dunkin’. I kindly ask that you look into this matter and ensure your staff is properly trained in both customer service and order accuracy. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this issue.
