  Service was outstanding!! Counter person was great with ice cream sampling for my 8 and 12 year old grandgirls.

  Drive thru cashier has a pleasant voice and good demeanor but she can't count charge. She doesn't know how to correct mistakes.There was a problem and she asked for the receipt back. I refused because she said I owed five to six dollars more than I did. She told me she would give it back. I got the rest of my things and change back. But then she pulled the receipt out of my hand. She then refused to give it back. She said that the manager would have to print it again. Which could have been done after I got my copy and left. She lied to me. She tried to pull a fast one and brought the receipt back in. I guess she didn't think I could tell about her almost handing it to me. I finally did get a copy of the receipt and it makes no sense. It looks like skimming.

  I had to come back and leave a review for my girls at our local Dunkin! I ordered a chocolate frosted donut with no sprinkles for my 5 year old who’s on the spectrum. Once they let me know they were out, they tried to help us out and give further suggestions. I explained our situation and that my son’s super picky about his donuts so we’ll pass this time. We pulled up to the window to one of the girls trying to get the sprinkles off of a donut for my son. 🥹 It was such a small thing but it really touched our hearts. The girls then patiently showed my son donuts to see if any of them peeked his interest and one did! We didn’t know he liked other donuts because he is almost nonverbal so it’s hard to communicate sometimes. I wanted to come here to say thank you!!! To my girls at the Cassat Dunkin for making our day and filling our hearts! Thank you for accepting everyone and showing kindness to our family !! ❤️

  I have been going to this location for the last 3 years, as I’m a college student, and it is roughly the only Dunkin that is open (and in good driving distance). My friend and I have always gotten our drinks perfectly made, and they do recognize you as you become a regular. The service is top tier, because they do create amazing relationships with their customers, and their food and drink is always on point. One of my favorite Dunkin’s in Jax for sure. Andrea, is my new favorite employee🥰❤️
