Especially after verifying that I ordered a hot coffee . I noticed they took away the French vanilla ice coffee that was sitting at the pick up counter for 10 mins . They could have just apologized for the mistake instead of making me wait standing around and telling me to stand back while my food gets cold looking like an idiot. I am not asking for much but this is unacceptable service.
