  I love Dunkin. I spend a lot of money at this location because it’s the closest one to me. I also always tip which makes me mad when almost everytime I go there they mess something up or they are out of something. They also have horrible manners. They need trained on customer service and how to treat people. I will just go to Centerville or the other one down Columbia ave near Columbia because they are much better than this location.

  If I could put 0 I would. Ordered 2 coffee only got one ordered 6 orders of hash row a n got 6 individually in one bag then they missed the top bread of the sourdough sandwich n put the bread backwards n thought it was funny. Service sucks. Really bad had to pay n wait for the rest of the correct order n looked that it was a big issue for the manager.

  Doughnuts were way too sweet and didn’t seem to be very fresh. We didn’t enjoy them. Grocery store doughnuts are fresher and taste better.

  Cashier did not know how to run the cash register. She entered the wrong amount of money that I gave her. This by far the worst DD in the area.
