  Sad they use to make them fresh daily now every donut is day old nothing freshly made! My new go to is Hole in one, fresh daily.

  Me and my wife been coming to this location for 5 years, ever has been good all our visits, however in the last few months we’ve been interacting with Matthew, a young well educated guy who originally shows how important customer service is for him and want to make sure to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. I love coffee at any establishment anytime day or afternoon anywhere, but Matthew is the reason why me and my wife prefer this location since there’s finally someone who make us believe that genuine hospitality still exist. Thank you Mateo.

  I arrived at this location’s drive through, the lady that was on the speaker was unprofessional and told me to “move up” when I was trying to get clarity on an item on my order so I didn’t complete making my order. When I asked the employee at the window to add an item he rolled his eye and acted like adding the item was the end of the earth. When I was handed my drinks, (iced cold brew, with cream and liquid sugar) they were white, as if they didn’t even have any coffee in them, so I asked the guy that handed us the drinks if he can remake them, again met with attitude and as if this was a giant annoyance. We received our drinks and we did not get cold brew, and did not get liquid sugar. I was so fed up with my experience that I ended up overpaying for the wrong drink that they messed up twice. As a regular at this location, this was the last straw of many issues I’ve had at this location. I will be driving further to the linebaugh or waters location instead. Do better Dunkin’.

  Is it just me or are the employees in this store on some kind of substance? They always seem high and they rarely get the order right. Inside they use foul language when speaking to one another. UGH. I go by since it's the only one near my workplace so 2 stars for convenience. Wish I could communicate with the manager. Wonder if she/he knows how bad it is? I am a real person and this is true. Ordered an iced Vanilla coffee with liquid sugar. Didn't get that !
