- MMMirenna Morgantoday1.0Slowest Dunkin I have ever been to and the drive thru is a minimum of 15 mins. They are so rude and disrespectful towards customers. This Dunkin does not value customers at all ! I placed a mobile order it took 20 mins.
- SRSarah Revere5 days ago1.0This Dunkin used to be so on point, and I don’t say that because I worked there for 6 + years prior to it being sold. It has literally hit rock bottom. I’ve gone 3 times this week for blueberry munchkins and every time they are cold and gross, which means they were defrosted and glazed without being baked. I also asked for a cappy blast and was told it would be a long wait. I’ll never go back and I will make sure my friends/family choose a different Dunkin preferably owned by a different person.
- AAAngelaSep 20, 20252.0This Dunkin is always out of stuff. Staff is terrible most of the time. One lady tried to force me to keep the wrong item she gave me and not give me what I actually ordered. Another time a lady was coughing all over everything and I ended up with a snotty napkinin my bag and the management does nothing about the bad behavior. I've seen women in fb groups complain about the same stuff from this particular Dunkin.

- JMJessica MSep 7, 20251.0This Dunkin Donuts has one of the rudest colleagues working there. I went into the shop yesterday 9/6 at around 7:45a. I stood on the line as the ONLY person on the line and not one of the 7 colleagues working behind the counter acknowledged me until 5 minutes went by and a female colleague acknowledged me. The rude colleague who attended me asked WHAT DO YOU WANT... which was a dozen assorted donuts, and then shared with me that he was bothered by my order as it was the 3rd order of the same request he filled. After he filled the order he pushed the box towards me and told me.. HERE YOU GO. Every interaction with this colleague was both RUDE and uncomfortable. Not the best representation of you Dunkin Donuts.
