  I asked for a light and sweet iced coffee and was given milk with a splash of coffee. I asked for more coffee to be added just to be handed another cup of iced milk. The tiny cashier gave me an attitude and I just threw the iced coffee away. I rather lose the money than go through that again

  I asked for a coffee and they didn't give me what I asked for. Terrible service. They don't know how to serve properly and they didn't give me a coffee. They charged me for 4 coffees and I only asked for three, apart from their mistakes.

  They got my order right and for the first time ever, a dunkin completely stirred the mocha into my coffee! Huge win. Everyone was nice too

  Horrible service, dirty store and had to repeat my order twice because he is having a full conversation on his phone.

  The young man who took care of me was patient, kind,courteous, and understanding; the reason I say this is because I'd went to 3 other Dunkins before this one and all 3 were close an hour before scheduled and the employees were rude. This gentleman did his job appropriately! He shut down when he was supposed to and was so humble! He turned a long, hard evening to a memory!
