  I’m visiting from another country and the co worker works without gloves while they’re making the coffee. I have to tell them to wear gloves!!!!!

  Honestly insane the kind of people they keep employed here.. interrupting you before you can even finish your order, giving attitude and then giving a stank eye, acting like trash.. over you ordering food in a food place???

  Food is always cold because you’re either waiting 20 minutes in the cafe or 30+ in the drive through. Staff your store, it doesn’t have to be this bad. I won’t be coming back, it’s happened every single time, regardless of the time of day I go.

  Made an online walk-in order for 5:20 am yesterday. I had a 30 minute commute to work and I figured it would nice to have a coffee and sandwich for the drive. No biggie. I prefer walk in anyway because I like engaging with the staff and getting to know them since this would have been my primary Dunkin, not anymore. I walk up to the door, it’s locked. I’m then told to wait in the drive thru line for an order I gave them extra time on. I wait 20 minutes to just get to the window where I am given my coffee and my sandwich, not my donuts for my employee. I ask them and then they ask me what donuts. He says something else and I correct him and he comes back and kinda just shoves it at me. Didn’t say a word. Very rude. They also said they have their dining room closed right now…. Which shouldn’t be the case since I used to go to the Parma snow location almost everyday at this hour and walk in for my orders. Not only were all of them rude, gawking, making fun of me while I was at the door waiting, and then shoving my food at me…. The food was cold upon receiving it. Very disappointed. Please. To the staff working 9.29.2025 around 5:30 am please get better customer service skills, I used to be a manager at a fast food place and NEVER treated people like this. Especially to the white middle age gentleman with medium brown hair. Do better. I will not be returning here. There is no reason to be waiting an extra 20 minutes for my walk in order I gave them an extra 10 minutes on.

  This location is the worst off all the Dunkin locations in the area. I have to mobile order my coffee 20 minutes in advance just to arrive and it’s not made correctly, never ready or in the mobile pick up area. The staff keeps the food and drinks for mobile orders behind counter while the staff yells out names of order or sifting through receipts or ignores the customer’s waiting. I literally have to reach over the counter to grab my coffee that should be in the mobile pickup area. If there are concerns of theft then eliminate the service. By far the most unorganized Dunkin location in the area for someone just wanting to pickup coffee.
