They are so rude and take so long to make my order. The manager is also super rude and she asked for my confirmation code even though I was the only customer inside. I would not recommend this location whatsoever!

I went there today 7/31/25 to buy a 50 count of munchkins. Guy at register charges me $ 21.99 even though price is $ 17.99 nearby other locations in Bay Ridge besides giving me a box that was slightly defective with a rip in it. Do they really have to price gouge? $ 5 more than everywhere else. Stay away. You can go within waling distance to 2 other Dunkin Donuts nearby.

I want to give this place 5 stars.. I have one issue.. Some of the women on that staff are so sassy/disrespectful for no reason. The only spanish woman there treats BUTTER like CREAM CHEESE. When I asked her to take most of it off, she treats me like I’m giving her a hard time. “I already made it soo..” I’ve never talked down to her or had an attitude about it (even after her mannerisms), just asked politely for less butter. She’s irritable over everything I’ve asked of her. You could be the nicest person but if you ask her to fix/do something you’re automatically a villain in her world. One time I was picking up two separate orders and I saw her bagging them separately (as she’s supposed to). Me personally, I don’t like waste. So I said, “Oh, those two can go in the same bag, I’m here for both.” Smile on my face, not angry (no reason to be). I get “Okay, well I didn’t know that.” as if I belittled her intelligence. Her social skills are the worst I’ve seen yet. I used to work at Dunkin’ so I know how it is dealing with actual crazy customers but you should still uphold the respect for others. One thing I noticed working Dunkin’ was that even through the disrespect from some customers, you will always have good people coming in and bringing light to your day. In any aspect of life you wanna be a star and team player. Don’t let others ruin your character. I refuse to argue with someone trying to work and make a living like everybody else.. There could be tragic things going on in these people’s lives that make them this way so being polite and patient goes a long way. Treat people the way you wish to be treated. Now, I know too much Canola Oil butter (like ANY butter) can get you sick. I already got sick the first time she made my food. I don’t know a single soul who puts a block of butter like cream cheese on a hot bagel. We live in NY, you have to know the schmear technique. Between the unreasonable disrespect, and butter drenched bagels? I can’t give the spot 5 stars. STILL, in my opinion it’s better than any other Dunkin’ in the area though. The rest of the staff especially the manager is super chill and provide great service.. Food is top quality when made by others for the most part.
