She sat in her car for like 20 minutes while we waited for her to give us a refund, while she's on the clock I asked her if she was on break and she said no she's on a call. Also there's an employee with red hair that seems she does not brush her hair its all over the place it gross please have these people wear hair nets or something because its not sanitary
