  If I could give zero stars, I would. I was so excited that Dunkin was open 24hr bc I was starving. Walked in with my husband and daughter and the man working looked like he was ready to go home. I jokingly said, "I need some food," with a smule on my face. The employee looked irritated from the start. I asked him why he looked so mean and he told me I could leave and that he refused service. We are visiting from Ohio. Needless to say, we never received any food. People who work in customer service should greet people with a smule and not look irritated that they had to be at work. I did not choose this place of employment for you!!! I sure hope this isn't his establishment bc corporate needs to be called.

  lady at register was very rude and condescending. did not like her attitude, rolled her eyes when we asked for half a dozen and made fun of us for taking our time.

  Waited for more than 10 minutes at the register!! No one came! I called and all and nothing! Get people who want to work thank u

  The manager is super rude and refuses to give her name ? What type of manager is she? I feel like she is the damager of the dunkin brand like being rude. And not smiling at all. I feel like she needs to get fired or owner needs to retrain her properly. Will Not be giving my business here anymore.

  I bought four donuts, but all were hard, and one frosted was dried out. When I informed the manager at the counter about the issue, she replied that the donuts had been made since 5 AM and didn’t understand why they were hard!🤔 I have tried donuts from many places late in the evening. I have never encountered hard donuts like them before. I believe they might be selling leftover donuts from the previous day.
