  Understaffed and slow moving. A sit down restaurant would be faster. No place to sit on the main level; only a sketchy upstairs landing.

  We order Uber Eats from this Dunkin every 1–2 weeks. The munchkins are always a hit with my son, but the donut boxes are a consistent disappointment. Unfortunately, Uber doesn’t allow for custom donut selection, and more often than not the staff fills the box with mostly powdered and blueberry donuts. These are clearly the least popular choices—especially with 4- and 6-year-olds—and usually go uneaten. It feels like an easy way for the store to offload less desirable flavors instead of providing a fair variety. Very frustrating for loyal customers.

  Imagine. John Lennon invited us to do just that—what would a world look like, stripped of war and inequality? Dunkin Donuts of Arlington, too, would have us imagine a new kind of world. But this world is no paradise, but rather a fresh hell of indifference—no, hostility—indolence, and a dedication to the proposition that the customer is always wrong. Unless you like paying for rudeness and rewarding low characters, go anywhere else for your next large batch donut purchase.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this Dunkin, I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They got my order wrong, the donuts they gave were flattened, the bagels were several days old and had almost no cream cheese, and the coffee was watery. Not to mention the service which was down right awful. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend if it was the last place to eat on earth.
