- KWKatelynn WilliamsJul 20, 20251.0I used to love this location. I’ve had good experiences until today. The women behind the counter was beyond disrespectful. I asked for a matcha and asked for a salted caramel cold foam as I’ve gotten here before. She said we don’t do that and I mentioned someone just did that about two weeks ago and her response was “well not today” rudely. She then rudely was like hello?! As I was clearly thinking on what I wanted to do. I cancelled the entire order and will never be back.
