The sweet older gentleman that took my order showed us such kindness and love to me and my son. Made me feel like it was a mom and pop and not some chain. Quick serve, drinks made perfect. - EKelyssa kingJul 31, 20251.0Terrible Dunkin location. Older white guy (assuming owner) said to my face he wasn’t listening to me as I gave him my order. He then proceeded to take my friends order (an iced caramel latte) and ticket it as an iced latte with whipped cream. My friend noticed it had no caramel and went back inside to get caramel. He told his employees they need to make the drink correctly and his employee said he made what was on the ticket. And then he proceeded to tell his employee not to rely on him when he makes mistakes.
