  Wish they had a 1/2 star option, I feel generous giving one star...I applied here over 3 weeks ago, had the interview, got hired on the spot. Alexis, the Manager of the place, told me she'd contact me in a couple days with a starting date. Waited more than a couple days. I've been calling the past couple weeks, she's either "too busy" when she answers or other employees answer saying "she isn't here." Today I called and she answers the phone swearing... very unprofessional and not someone you would want as a boss. I can see why they're always hiring....

  Worst Dunkin ever. They have a sign that says they charge extra for light ice, but instead they told me they wouldn’t fill my drink up all the way if I got light ice. Didn’t even offer the extra charge option. Also their bathrooms aren’t dirty but the door doesn’t work right and neither does the hand dryer.

  I was very pleased with how quick their service was but then I went to eat my food and realized why. The hashbrowns weren’t even cooked all the way and they were cold. I love dunkin and we were very disappointed because we ordered 3 hash browns and had to throw them all away. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

  I’ve been living near this Dunkin for years. It’s by far my least favorite. My order is made poorly on a regular basis as well as forgetting the hash brown half the time. So today I went back and they insisted they put them in the bag. When I said they didn’t they snatched a bag and threw it in my order. Squeezing the hash browns in the process. They asked if I wanted hash browns, confirmed my order at the speaker and window, still forgot them then treated me like this when I simply wanted what I paid for. There’s another one up the street right near Walmart.
