Ruth is kind, professional, and incredibly efficient—exactly the kind of person you want to see first thing in the morning. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She’s truly a bright spot in my daily routine (I literally get happy when I hear her voice in the drive thru speaker, because I know my coffee will be hot, fresh and the way I ordered it - that’s a good day in the making 😂).
