  So I walk in for a banana split at the Baskin Robbins side. "No bananas" non chalantly comes from a very unenthusiastic server. Ok i.opt for a milkshake. Eventually I get to the Dunkin Donuts register and ask for a bag of ground coffee. Server looks at me and grumbles we don't have any ground coffee. Nice! Im elated and very happy to say, this is what you get when poor management hires poor servers and isn't around to tend to basic things. 102 Potranco. Not good folks. Not good at all!

  This is my fav Dunkin location to get my iced coffee! It always comes out perfect 👌🏽 😋

  I patronize more than one Dunkin location but tend to stick to this one. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. More often than not, they have the item I wish to purchase. I wish other customers would understand that if you choose to visit at night, they will probably not have the baked items you want or they will not be fresh. That should stand to reason as the baking is done overnight. I normally order the refreshers and my go to donuts are the chocolate cream and the chocolate glazed, which are both very yummy thanks to Nikki. She's the best.

  We visited this store to get my sons some ice cream, unfortunately the machines were not working, so we moved on to getting them a donut, but it was one of the worst decisions we could have made, after eating our donuts we noticed flies on the donuts, after I told the cashier he explained to me that they have been on the donuts all day, and proceeds to swat them away with his hand. Would highly recommend staying away from this establishment.
