- KOKyoko OzawaAug 25, 20251.0とても酷い対応でした。店員は、全くフレンドリーではなく、私たちが来店したことが迷惑だというような扱いを受けました。 ショーケースにドーナツはほとんど置いておらず、メニューディスプレイに表示されている商品を注文したら、全く別の商品がレジのディスプレイに表示されたので不審に思い確認しました。すると店員は、希望した商品は取り扱いがないと言いました。でもなぜ異なるメニューを勝手に注文しようとしたの？私は、その商品は不要だと伝えました。 仕方がないので、ペットボトルのドリンクを数本購入し会計をすると、支払いを現金かクレジットカードか尋ねられました。私は、現金で支払うことを伝えるとお釣りがないから現金での支払いは受けられないと言われました。現金のみの表示はなかったはずです。
