- OHOwen HarperOct 27, 20255.0I went in today (10.27.25) at 1:10pm and ordered a coffee. I was helped by an employee named Becka and she was very nice and soft spoken. She had a co-worker with her named Carissa that was very rude to her. Becka had told me it would be one second before she could help me initially as she was finishing an order. Carissa started counting loudly. Then Becka asked to grab something in front of Carissa when she was making my drink and Carissa was rude and told her to get out of her way. At no time was Becka rude or retaliated against Becka. She was a great employee to work with to take my order. I hope her pillow is always cool
