  Did a mobile order pick up. Arrived at 5:10am (they were suppose to open at 4:30am). Tried the drive through, no answer. Pulled up to the front door, locked. Lady inside just looked at me, I mouthed to her I had an order to pick up, she shrugged her shoulders. I called their number, she wouldn’t answer. Had to leave or I would be late for work. Never received my order, and they still charged my credit card. Have tried filing a case, no one will get back to me. Will never give them my business again.

  Now going to this Dunkin instead of Johnston due to much better selection but mostly staff who are actually polite, do their jobs, and get orders correct. This place is way busier than the other 2 DD in the area yet always seem to keep the line moving and still be polite and smile.

  If you like going to a dine-in restaurant for lunch to get donuts and breakfast sandwiches with your family and it doesn't bother you to sit in a lobby that's filthy dirty with filthy dirty floors and an alarm system that keeps going off every 10 minutes to disrupt your conversation when you're talking to your family and you don't mind paying like applebee prices at a donut shop for breakfast sandwiches and yeah check this place out it's a place to be. Also if you want to go somewhere where when you asked for help that the staff acts put upon that you're even talking to them while they're doing their job then yeah go to the restaurant you'll really like it here.
