- EKEmily KinsmanSep 1, 20251.0I asked for a refresher with lemonade and they handed me one with green tea. Not a big deal so I asked for a new one with what I wanted and they did it again. So I went up again and they did it again. I just left at that point and gave up. Definitely not going back.

People need to chill somtimes. I see Miss Gabriella all the time and she makes my coffee perfect. Keep it up dunkin.

It wasn't necessary but very kind of her. We go here often and the service is Hit or Miss but it's convenient.
