Ready then makes the sandwiches DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES this was in Freeport Maine I already paid for my stuff not sure if I'll eat it tho.

I can’t give the persons name who ruined it for me because she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. - I called because I had been thru the drive thru and got 2 frozen coffees. When I got home (40 minutes from Dunkin) I tasted them and realized that something was wrong with it. There was no flavor. Just tasted like watered down frozen milk. Mistakes happen…. But it’s not cheap so I called. She responded that well I made that and nothing was wrong with it and said “ so I’m confused… what do you want it to taste like?” I could see where this was going so I asked to speak to someone else - she said no that I could speak to her. She then said “ok, so what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for her manager- wasn’t going to get anywhere with her and was honestly caught off guard at her behavior over something as trivial as a coffee. She was not going to be helpful so I decided I would call back later. I asked for her name and she said “oh no, you are not getting that “ and hung up on me. So disappointed. This was my go to spot but I don’t want to subject myself to people like that over coffee. I’m still dumbfounded that someone would become so enraged at the mention of her not making our coffee correct.
