As someone who goes to Dunkin daily, this is the worst location I’ve been to. My drive thru orders are wrong more than half the time unless the manager is working, and delivery almost always comes missing items like my donut. If there was a closer Dunkin, I’d go there instead.

We sat in the drive through for over an hour. There was only six cars ahead of us but each on took 10-15 minutes to get through the line.

Do not place a mobile order here, let alone order here period. Waiting 30+ minutes for a mobile order as well as them forgetting that you had two drinks. Thank you for making everyone late to where they have to go because apparently it does not matter if you order in advance.

I will start by saying that I do not like to leave a bad review generally, but I have had consistent issues with sitting in line in the drive-thru for too long. Everyone is always nice, and I'm not sure what the problem is. The longest I have sat is almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I have also had instances where I've been asked to pull forward because they are still working on my food and I have sat and waited for over 10 minutes. I went in to get my food and it was cold and sitting on a shelf. Usually though, the food is fresh and hot. I come here almost every week. The wait time is always the main issue.

So the reality is that service was not a five overall however I will give the three employees that showed up and tried their best a 5+. The drive thru line was long and slow. When I reached the order board, the manager was kind and apologized several times. We slowly moved to the pick up window and the young lady at the window was sweet and friendly. It was her first day at her first job and it was chaos inside. The manager had called the district manager to come in and work because workers had quit/not shown up. I felt so bad for the young woman at the window, I told her it will get better and to take a few deep breaths. She smiled and thanked me but I know she was so overwhelmed.
We waited at least 30 minutes in the drive thru but we decided to use it as a life lesson because my own son has just recently started his first job. I told him to remember how many people are impacted when you choose to quit a job with no notice or you just don’t show up. Not only is it difficult for management but also coworkers and in this case so many customers. I hope the new employee sticks it out and enjoys her first work experience and maybe becomes manager one day!
