Guy behind the counter couldn't speak English. Took him way too long to put together a simple order. Order in advance if you can. Expect a 30 minute wait.

I ordered dozen donuts online and went to store to pick up my order. They said the donuts are not available. I asked for refund but the staff told me to visit again next day to get refund. Is this the way they treat the customers. Every time they do this. Please avoid this if possible.

It’s really disappointing that such a nice location with beautiful facilities has such poor service and attention. I have been coming here often in the past few months since it’s the closest Dunkin’ to my home and my kids always ask for donuts, but every time I leave feeling frustrated and thinking about not returning.
The main issue is the employee on shift—it has always been the same person every time I visit. Whenever I ask a question, he seems annoyed, like he doesn’t want to sell or as if customers are bothering him. On one occasion, he rushed through our order and then immediately sat at a table to use his phone. At first, I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but I’ve noticed the same attitude every single time.
On top of that, the store almost never has donuts available—literally none. And on the rare occasion that they do, there are only one or two flavors. For a place called Dunkin’ Donuts, this is very disappointing.
It honestly feels like the staff doesn’t care about their job or the customers. I don’t know if it’s the company itself or just the management here, but it’s a shame. A location with such potential shouldn’t be brought down by poor service and lack of product.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, one donut and an orange juice. Got charged twice for the orange juice, lady didn’t understand why I didn’t want to just take another donut. For comparison, orange juice is $2.79 and the donut is $2.09. Asked to wait while she took the next order, so I did. She asked how much the orange juice was, told her and she handed me $2.00. I am pretty sure she didn’t understand the issue. Then had to wait for all of the line to be done before she made my sandwich. 20 minutes later I got my sandwich, which was burnt. I never raised my voice or said anything I was thinking. I do not recommend this location.

Went this morning to get a bagel and the chipotle wake up wraps. They advised they had no more plain bagels, I asked what they had. And the cashier with BARE hands grabbed a bagel and gave it to the person cooking to toast it. When I asked them to give me a fresh bagel because she had no gloves on they laughed in my face, and they refused a refund. They also did not put any hashbrown in my chipotle wake up wraps. Lastly, i ordered the loaded hashbrown and it came with nothing but the hashbrown. Never coming here again.
