This place’s service is slower than the federal government covered in molasses. Go to Wawa across the street if you care about your time and respect yourself enough.

Stupid staff, worst experience ever . Staff is unprofessional, they are on their phone always , had to wait 10 mins just to order 2 donuts and a coffee. Don’t think this place will survive for too long

Visited this location on Sunday October 26…the person taking my order did not know how to use the register. They kept struggling and asking for help and no help was given. I blame this on management for putting new employees on the register. Second the manager is restocking coffee while there’s 3 people waiting for orders to be taken. When I order I asked for almond milk TWICE as I didn’t see it appear on the screen and she said “ yeah almond milk “ the MANAGER makes my drink and hands it to me and I ask him if it was almond milk he said yes …. Turns out it wasn’t . Not only did I wait 20 minutes for one ice caramel latte but they didn’t even make it right. I will never be returning to this place. And to top it off their area manager was visiting which the employees even more nervous. Not sure if this is a corporate ran restaurant or franchise regardless of what it is changes need to be made

They got my order wrong. Forgot an entire item and when I went back they said they were out of one of my items and just substituted it for something that I didn’t even want when I was waiting indoors where they easily could have asked me what else I wanted instead.

Guy behind the counter couldn't speak English. Took him way too long to put together a simple order. Order in advance if you can. Expect a 30 minute wait.
