They kept struggling and asking for help and no help was given. I blame this on management for putting new employees on the register. Second the manager is restocking coffee while there’s 3 people waiting for orders to be taken. When I order I asked for almond milk TWICE as I didn’t see it appear on the screen and she said “ yeah almond milk “ the MANAGER makes my drink and hands it to me and I ask him if it was almond milk he said yes …. Turns out it wasn’t . Not only did I wait 20 minutes for one ice caramel latte but they didn’t even make it right. I will never be returning to this place. And to top it off their area manager was visiting which the employees even more nervous. Not sure if this is a corporate ran restaurant or franchise regardless of what it is changes need to be made
