Slowed her down, she only had to put the tops on two tall cups of coffee - in between beats to the music. This is not a drive through, there was no line. So, I was young once, someone needs to tell her "take your airpods out" when you are at work.

Three times now. In the last week I've ordered a coffee In the app, gone to pick it up, and had to remind them 20 to 25 minutes later that I had ordered ahead. People that walk up to the counter should not be getting their coffee before I get the one. I ordered 15 minutes prior. Absolutely gone downhill. Best to avoid this unless you're retired or have all day to hang around.
