  I've gone to this Dunks several times in the past year because I had no other option. I now walk 10 minutes away to the Dunkins across from UPS in Watertown and they are absolutely the better option! DO NOT, under any circumstances, buy a sandwich from this Dunks. I got sick several times and I will NEVER order anything from here again... The staff that I ran into here do not care; at all; about you, your food and making sure that just basic food preparation guidelines are followed. A disgusting about face, considering this was the "go to" Dunks on Market street for a decade...

  I ordered a large cold brew with three pumps of sugar-free vanilla and a splash of half-and-half. When I received my coffee, it came with a splash of skim milk, so I asked the woman to add a splash of half-and-half and when she returned the coffee back to me it had more skim milk. I asked the woman to not remake it and just add a splash of cream or half-and-half and when she gave me the coffee back the cup was clearly mostly cream and not much coffee. It was a very, very very light color and did not taste good. Obviously there was a miscommunication and I got my coffee elsewhere, but it was frustrating and the woman didn’t seem to care who was making the coffee, but the guy at the register was really nice!

  Terrible place, dirty. Restrooms locked, you need order first for using the restroom. Never come back again
