  Wow they suck. Literally ordered a glazed stick donut and got this instead. Long wait for this and looked like a high school kid working. They had ONE job and didn’t get it right….

  Me and another customer name customer 2 waiting for quite some time to order. Finally we both just ordered Ice coffee. Waiting for them customer 3 and 4 come in order drinks and food me and customer 2 still waiting, customer 3 gets drink me and customer 2 still just waiting customer 4 gets drink me and customer 2 still waiting. Employee who took all the orders states sorry sir it's coming. Customer 2 gets drink and looks at me and says "good luck" I am still waiting customer 3 and 4 gets food . Employee 2 walks over "who is waiting for food?" I say I am waiting for ice coffee employee said"I am good only " I said well I have been waiting for awhile and 3 people behind me already got served. Employee 2 walks away and yells around the corner "impatient customer wants coffee not like we don't have a drive through rush" I am like "mmmm, impatient??" Employee 3 "what are you wanting for?" A few moments later sorta slams drink down said nothing walks away, me ??? Guess it's mine and walk out .yikes management needs a crack down.

  Ordered 5 $ meal deals 2 pc bagel minis, And they charged me 9$ and was only one wake-up wrap I told them is only one and the deal is with two .when l told them that my order was not right one and they said “ Is nothing we can’t do” not sorry no nothing. So rude. The worst DD l have ever been .
