Every other Dunkin’ Donuts, I go to understands my request and has no issue. I just had to argue with the guy at the window after I gave him back to separate orders. And I said no, I want them fresh. I just watched her take them out of the warmer! Then He proceeds to tell me that they were made recently. I DONT CARE When they were made, if a customer request that you make an order of hashbrowns fresh, that’s what you do. It’s only in the oven for like 50 seconds. Pure laziness and inconsistency …..
