- AAAllyJul 4, 20251.0Awful service. Workers always on their phone, never getting orders right. Found hair in my food/coffee multiple times. Unsanitary, I contacted head quarters and got no response. Multiple people I know have stopped going to this Dunkin because of how rude the workers are.

I told them I was working during those hours, they then stated they would send a gift card. That was weeks ago and nothing since. I will not be back. Additionally, on prior visits--I noticed that this is variability in how my iced matcha latte is made. Consistency in how the beverage is made is never the same.
