- NNNicoleOct 15, 20251.0Was picking up a mobile order in drive thru on a Sunday morning and while I was sitting there waiting for my drinks, I watched the manager ( Kacie ) drop a cup on the floor and pick it up and continue to use it to serve a customer. I was so disgusted. The floor was covered with water that everyone was walking in and she still used a cup that fell in filth to make a drink for a customer. Unacceptable!!! Dunkin!!! Pay attention and fix this!!!

I have witnessed her blowing up unprofessionally on employees in front of customers and have even seen her make employees pay for drinks that customers complain about. Last I knew, that was illegal. Will not be going back to this location due to terrible management.

So we had to use the kiosk. Charged 80 cents for a small water cup. No one wears gloves and flies in the back. 1st and last time going here. Good thing there’s a Starbucks next to it.
