I was so disgusted. The floor was covered with water that everyone was walking in and she still used a cup that fell in filth to make a drink for a customer. Unacceptable!!! Dunkin!!! Pay attention and fix this!!!

I have witnessed her blowing up unprofessionally on employees in front of customers and have even seen her make employees pay for drinks that customers complain about. Last I knew, that was illegal. Will not be going back to this location due to terrible management.
