  Coffee was trash and my food was frozen. Third time this has happened. Won’t be back. Went through at 6:15 in the morning and the staff was awful.

  It was great had a big breakfast with my grandson it was a special celebration the cashier was fantastic and everything was great 😃

  Someone from Chick-fil-A needs to come down here and show these people at Bartow Dunkin’ Donuts how to run a drive-through. I’ve never been through a slower drive-through in my entire life. There was only two cars in front of me and I’ve been sitting waiting to get to the order window for over 15 minutes. This is at 12 o’clock during the day the place is dead. What are they doing inside there?

  ​The coffee was an absolute masterpiece—perfectly aged to a rich, pungent flavor that I can only assume was acquired sometime last week. They also managed to completely nail my order, assuming what I asked for was "something else." ​The gentleman behind the counter was a true beacon of customer service, gracing us with a scowl that spoke volumes about how thrilled he was to be there. All in all, a truly unforgettable experience. ​I'll be taking my business to the Winter Haven location from now on, where they’ve apparently mastered the high art of getting an order right and, you know, being nice.
