  Been going to this dunkin for over 10 years for my coffee and they never disappoint. The morning staff (1 st. Shift) are friendly, fast & efficient. The manager is always going above and beyond to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. She's the BEST!!!.

  Grateful that this Dunkin' was open before dawn - clean, safe, and with table seating - for me to enjoy my coffee on what was a very early start to my day.

  Terrible service .. one ignorant person behind the counter . Can’t even answer one question . All he says is I don’t know I don’t know.. welcome to DD on Manhattan ave Brooklyn.. next time show some Respect to your customers and learn to apologize instead .. you can also go to school and learn basic English because I don’t know doesn’t help .. Never again !

  Literally the worst incompetence I’ve ever experienced. Is the there no criteria required for the job? You don’t know how to charge for an item or use a credit card machine? You cannot memorize a two scoop ice cream order? Please someone fire this staff because it’s not one person I’m describing. The three last times I went I ended up leaving without completing a transaction.
