When I went back to try and get a refund, the cashier gave me a hard time! The customer service here is terrible!! I do NOT recommend this Dunkin!

This ice coffee that was made for me was not made the way it was supposed to. I ordered a large ice coffee and instead of liquid sugar they gave me regular sugar which was just piled up ant the bottom and I ordered French vanilla but it tastes like there’s no flavor. I would say to please ensure the staff make the coffees the right way because it’s unfortunate that other people are probably dealing with the same issue

We asked for it and she said we didn’t order it. Instead of saying “sorry we didn’t charge you for it” and solving the problem, she just kept making a snarky face saying “you didn’t order it.” If you don’t want to solve customer issues, don’t be in customer service.
