This place is very bad, the workers don’t understand what is going on and just make whatever drink they want, I asked for a strawberry dragon fruit with a shot of blue raspberry, but I didn’t get that he decided to make a blue raspberry slushy. DONT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!

When I arrived at my local Dunkin that I go to quite often, store # 304547 they had a long line. It’s Saturday morning, I totally get it… waited patiently until it was my turn and once I got to the speaker I continued to wait, sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes while the 3 other cars in front of me at the window had already pulled away, only one car was remaining. Trying to give the Dunkin workers a moment to catch up and see then if they would acknowledge me at the speaker, still nothing. Finally, I said hello? And was greeted with “what can I get you?” No, apologies for the wait, No greeting, just annoyance. I stated I had a mobile order and my name, which the worker replied “ok pull up” I then stated I wanted to order something else (I had my 2 dogs with me and I can’t order them the pup cup on the mobile app so I have to place the order once I arrive) but was then greeted with MORE annoyance “Go ahead” shouted at me in a nasty tone. I just said “nevermind” and pulled up to the window. Once I got to the window, my coffee was shoved out the window at me and the woman stated “here you go” in a rude manner and promptly closed the window. I waited and asked for my receipt so I could fill out a survey which was followed up with an eyeroll and more attitude. I then stated, “You are leaving people at the speaker and not even stating we’ll be right with you or anything, it just takes a second…” I was cut off and said “were busy” and closed the window after giving me my receipt and then saying something vulgar about me to her coworker and then laughing about it. So thank you dunkin for the employees you let represent your store, you have lost a loyal customer and business. That was how my day began because your employees don’t understand customer service etiquette. I left and went down the street to Starbucks for my dogs pup cups where I was met with a kind greeting (( even though they too were also “busy” )) and left a $5 tip for making me feel welcomed and not like a bother the way I was treated at your Dunkin store today.

Recently there has been a staffing change that has seriously diminished the quality of product. Over the last 3 visits they have: served my hot drink room temp, served burnt coffee that was only 3/4 filled, forgotten creamer in my wife’s coffee, put the wrong syrup flavor in my wife’s coffee, and had to be reminded about each food item in my order since the girl at the window couldn’t figure out where to look.
