They just kept doing what they were doing. Eventually a young man came over and asked what I needed. I ordered a ice coffee which was made before I could get to the other end of the counter so kudos to the young lady who did that but, there customer service skills need a refresher as when someone comes in they need to recognize them instead of ignoring them until they are ready to help.
