    The women working the drive up was lovely and polite. I ordered the $6 special meal. A bagel w bacon, egg and cheese, hash browns and a coffee. I asked for butter on the bagel and was asked to drive up. The women reminded the male worker to add butter. He yelled at her to tell me I needed to pay for the butter next time! (I didn’t ask for a freebie, just made the request) A man came to the window handed me the bag and rudely stated “next time you need to pay for the butter” and stormed away. The women politely said “sorry and have a good day”. I then pulled out a cold hash brown and asked for warm ones. She happily asked to have hot ones to her coworker and apologized. Next as I was waiting, I pulled out the sandwich with didn’t have any cheese on it. She gave me the hot hash browns and I requested the piece of cheese as I was afraid to make the grumpy (seemed like) the manager get madder. Again she felt awful and apologized and I told her she was great and he should have behaved better. And if she made the mistake in not charging me for the butter or asking me to pay…. Then he should have quietly coached her and not yell like a grump to me. And then screw up the sandwich! People should be kind and considerate like she was!

    This is the second time that I got my coffee through the drive-through and it’s halfway full! So frustrating and a rip off!

    Longer wait times than there should be. Prices went up and coffee os inconsistent.
