This is the 4th time I have ordered from them and the 4th time that something in the order is wrong. I just ordered a Carmel craze latte online and sent a friend to pick it up. The drink I received is some kind of hazelnut flavored drink and I hate hazelnut. Been calling there phone for 40 minutes now with no answer just so I can get some kind of compensation for having the wrong flavor, but I won’t hold my breath waiting for decent customer service.
