I got a egg and cheese croissant sandwich 10/10 hash browns 10/10 but then when you get to the munchkins aka donuts they are dry and tasteless but donut is in the business name I'm confused horrible

Careful with timing, the drive thru line can get long. The team moves you through quick but when there are a lot of cars, that can still mean a bit of a wait.
