Very rude employees and disgusting food.
I was given a stale Boston cream donut and an uncooked bacon egg an cheese bagel that literally had cold cheese on it. I went inside to ask for a refund and got nothing but attitude and disrespect and was told the cheese is suppose to be cold. I’ve never had this issue in any store but this one
Dunkin donuts, wraps, and coffee are generally pretty decent for fast food style breakfast and coffee on the go. This one met expectations in terms of food quality when we went through the drive through. The 3 stars on atmosphere was for the employee that was having a bad day, or at least I hope that's not their typical day. There was a lot of telling at other employees with frequent use of coarse language that my young grandkids in the car with us did not need to hear. When you're using that language and being loud enough to be heard in the car going through the drive through, maybe you should just take a break for a few minutes.

I made a app order and the attitude comes out the speaker was because the order had just arrived not because I just made it. 2 my avocado toast was made with a 3rd of a bacon strip crumbled on purpose. You can tell because of the way the manager spoke when on the speaker and on the windows. Stay way I will see them again and check him on it.

This is the third time i go to this drive tru and they don’t provide me with my change. Today they acted like there wasn’t even change to be given back, when it was. I would not bother to ask, since i would just leave it as a tip, and i have even left extra tip before as a kind gesture to a few workers. However, there is an employee there, supposedly called “Spencer”, (thats how he identified himself as), who works on the afternoon shifts, that is just Absolutely arrogant, and rude for ZERO reasons. He had gotten in my nerves a few times with his sarcasm, but even though, i would not care for it enough to have to leave a complaint. I never do.
But today, was the last time. They had the audacity to pretend they don’t owe me any change from the cash payment on my order again, - i don’t say a word about it; drive off; and then find out how he purposely made my whole order completely wrong (food and drink) and i was the only person at the drive through. I had to drive all the way back to get it redone after finding out. And then he comes up to the window, and show off how smiles he is by apologizing for the “mistake” like it wasn’t intentional. It grossed me out. Embarrassing how a grown man like that has an extraordinary childish attitude at work. Shameful and unprofessional posture. I dont recommend this place. I only go there because there is no other Dunkin around my house, but if this continues to happen, i will have no other choice. The food is usually very fresh but the stressfully customer service is not worth the food. I dont recommend.

I went to this Dunkin and it was by far my worst experience ever I started by waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes and did not move a single space and then I decided to go inside. They took another 20 minutes to get my food. The staff seemed incompetent and was scrambling didn’t have any receipt paper or anything like that. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was ridiculous.
